With pieces of ginger, liquorice root, lemon peel and black peppercorns, this Great Taste award-winning blend is invigorating and uplifting, with ingredients that have been used for centuries in a wide variety of healthy teas.
Citrus notes dominate this luxury loose leaf tea, so it is perfect for bringing out the fresh flavours of salads and complimenting delicate leaves and vegetables. The soothing peppermint and liquorice add a subtle sweetness, that enhances the flavour of grilled fish and white meats.

For a more aromatic flavour our Turmeric Spice Loose Leaf is a great substitute. With aniseed and fennel this blend is refreshingly spicy and offers a clean mouthfeel.
